Welcome!

After your initial inquiry, Carli will follow up with you to learn more about your project. What is your timeline? What is the scope (size) of your project? Do you have any special circumstances (a new business launch, upcoming special that clients need to know about, etc.) that might impact the time frame?

Carli then provides you with a custom quote for timeline, payment and info about payment plan options. We require at least a 50% down-payment at time of booking to reserve your space on the design calendar, with the remaining balance paid when your final files are delivered.

Once your payment is complete, the next step is getting down to the nitty-gritty (and one of the most fun!) parts of the process: creating your new logo!

Together, Carli will work with you to discern how you want to communicate your brand identity and any additional particulars that you feel are important. For local clients, this can be done at an in-person consultation in Salem, OR. Carli will buy you coffee, and chat about your hopes for your new design.

Can't make an in-person consultation, or live outside of the Salem/Portland area? No problem! Carli works with many clients from around the globe (Australia to North Carolina, Georgia, Canada and beyond!). If this is the case for you, Carli will guide you through the process via our personalized web questionnaire and follow up emails.

3 step building phase & Delivery

After collecting all the details for your logo (including your business name, and any other design particulars from you), Carli will work on the "bones" of your logo: This includes selecting a font (or hand-lettering) and color palette. Carli will be working with you to make sure each is *just* right. Once you confirm that the letter portion of your logo looks great, we start on the other design details.

During the second phase of your logo design, Carli will add all the pretty details: color and design elements to match your brand, and creating variations of your logo to choose from. After this, you get to choose the final logo design, and move on to step three! If you have not paid your balance of your quoted price at this time, you will receive a reminder from Carli that all balances must be paid in full before final files are delivered.

Once both the first and second phases have been approved by you, Carli helps make any final tweaks and changes that make your logo design perfect and ready to share with the world,  then uploads your finished files to Dropbox, a file sharing site that allows you to download your final logo files to any computer (or have them on your phone!). Then you are ready to update your marketing and web materials, letting the world see your brand new logo!
